Postpartum

Goals

  1. BABY is feeding every 2-3 hours.
  2. BABY diaper output is tracked.
  3. MOM is eating at least 3 meals and 2 snacks.
  4. MOM is drinking at least 100 oz water (plus electrolytes).
  5. DAD and KID(S) eating/drinking as needed.
  6. DAD and/or VISITORS are completing chores.

Morning (6am-12pm)
